How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most kitchen remodels run three to six weeks once demolition starts, depending on the scope, cabinet lead times, and whether we are moving plumbing or walls. We give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you updated as we go.
Do you help with the layout and design?
Yes. We walk your space, talk through how you actually use the kitchen, and help you plan the layout, cabinetry and finishes. You do not need to bring your own designer, though we are happy to work with one.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
In most cases, yes. The kitchen itself is out of use for part of the project, so we help you set up a temporary space and we clean the work area at the end of each day.
Do I need to hire separate contractors for plumbing, electrical or permits?
No. Resolute manages the whole project as your general contractor. Our own crew handles demolition, cabinet installation, tile, flooring, electrical and finish carpentry, and we schedule and supervise the licensed plumber and other trades, pull the permits and book the inspections.
Can you move walls or change the layout?
Yes. We handle structural changes like removing or relocating walls to open up the space, and we pull the permits and inspections that go with it.
Do you offer financing?
