Before running construction at Resolute, Jordan worked as a field insurance adjuster, writing and reviewing property claims from the carrier’s side. That’s why our restoration estimates are built in Xactimate, documented with full photo files, and written the way adjusters expect to see them.
He oversees every project from scope to final walkthrough, and still works in the field alongside the crew. Jordan is a veteran of the Ohio National Guard, where he served as a combat medic.
